The Fall Volunteer Fair is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Guillot University Center Atrium. Set-up for the fair will be at 9:30 a.m. and breakdown will be until 12:30 p.m. Each agency may bring two representatives. There will be a 6-foot table and two chairs for each agency.

Lions Lend A Hand will take place from 8:30 am - 3 pm on Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Students will have the opportunity to select their project sites upon arrival. Transportation to project sites and a box lunch will be provided. All volunteers will also get a t-shirt!
Schedule of Events 8:30 - 9:00am: Check-in & Site Selection 9:00 - 9:15am: Kickoff address & "Call to Serve" 9:15 - 9:30am: Load buses/Depart for sites 10:00am: Arrive at sites 10:00am - 1:30pm: Complete service projects, 30 minute lunch (provided) 2:00 - 2:30pm: Arrive back on campus/Volunteer fair 2:30pm: Closing remarks & thank you
