Introducing Miss UNA 2013 
Miss Emily Winkler is a native of Dora, Alabama where she graduated from Dora High School in 2012. She is a Freshmen at the University of North Alabama, majoring in Elementary Education. Emily is a proud member of the Pride of Dixie Marching Band Majorette Line.
Emily's platform is Heart to Heart advocating heart health and awareness. She hopes to promote change towards heart healthy lifestyles via supporting the American Heart Association and advocating for change starting with the UNA campus.
Emily's future plans are to receive her degree in Elementary Education while competing for the Miss Alabama title.
She loves the Shoals area and looks forward to giving back to the community through her service as Miss UNA.
