Greek Standards are the documents to which we hold our chapters accountable. They include, but are not limited to, the following criteria: Membership Educations, New Member Programming, Alumni Events, Philanthropy Events, Campus Spirit Events, Ani-Alchohol/ Anti-Hazing Workshops, and Membership Activity Rosters. We require that the chapters provide this information in order to hold the chapters accountable for their operations. It is our expectation that each chapter maintain a proper and healthy operations utilizing these criteria already set forth by their national governing bodies. Our chapters are strong organizations that maintain themselves well and we do what we can to support and advocate for them using this standardized process of regulation.
Files that are available to the chapters include: Documents provided by each council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, Panhellenic Conference, and Interfraternity Council; Schedules; Awards Packets; Intake Information; Meeting Minutes; and Consitiutions.
Forms available to the chapters include: Applications; Grade Check Requests; Social/ Risk Management; Event Registraion; Officer Updates; and Programming.
Campus Resources are available to all students and chapters and include: Lion's Cup; SOAR; Registrations; Window Painting; SideWalk Chalk; Risk Management; Allocations Funding; and Toga Run.
Student Allocation Funding is available for all Registered Student Organizations to request funding for programs and/or events hosted for the UNA Student Body. Proposals for fall semester may be submitting starting September 1. Proposals for spring and summer semesters may be submitted starting November 1. All Student Allocation Committee meetings are on Mondays at 3:30 p.m. in University Events Conference Room. Proposals are due Friday by 4:30 p.m. prior to the meeting. You must allow 4 committee meetings minimum prior to your event for the proposal to be considered.
Social Registration Forms MUST be submitted in order to host any event whether on or off campus. Forms must be submitted at least 7 days in advance and the Chapter Advisor must approve the event 7 days in advance.
