Spring 2015 Assignments
You will receive your official assignment information including room number, roommate information, and opening day details via your UNA email prior to the end of fall semester (early December). Please reserve all requests for room, hall, and roommate changes for the official Room Change Request period which will begin January 26, 2015. We will attempt to honor all requests at that time dependent on space and availability.
University Residences will begin accepting applications for the 2015-2016 academic year on November 10, 2014 at 8:30am. You will receive your official assignment information including room number, roommate information, and opening day details via your UNA email prior to the end of July 2015. Roommate matching will tentatively open on February 1, 2015. Roommate requests will not be accepted until that time.

What You Will Need to Apply
- Your UNA Portal credentials (username & password). This information was provided by Admissions upon being accepted to the University.
- Credit/Debit Card for payment of the $150 application fee (For 15-16 Academic Year)
- Parent or guardian to authorize the application if the student is under 19 years old

The deadline to request a specific roommate utilizing personal passcodes and/or the roommate matching system is Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 4pm. All students submitting applications after July 7, 2015 will be placed and matched by the Department of University Residences dependent on space and compatibility.
Meal Plan Notice
Please note that if this your first time living in a UNA residence hall, then you must purchase a meal plan. When you sign the Residence Hall Contract, you are agreeing to a mandatory meal plan if you live in Rice, Rivers, LaGrange, Lafayette, New Building 1, New Building 2, Hawthorne, or Covington Hall.
The requirement is for two regular semesters (Fall and Spring). If you do not select a plan, then the Business Office will select and charge you for the meal plan.
You may order a meal plan on-line through your UNA Portal account. Or, if on campus, visit the cashier's window in Bibb Graves Hall. Meal plan prices are subject to change. You can visit www.una.edu/diningservices for more info.
Please note that by submitting the application and contract you are agreeing to a BINDING LEGAL DOCUMENT. This contract can only be breached due to a severe change in financial status or via medical need that cannot be accommodated in the residence halls. Please be sure that you read and fully understand all portions of the application and contract before submitting it.
