SGA Judicial Branch

 Welcome! The SGA Judicial is a branch within the Student Government Assocation as stated in Article V of the SGA Constitution. All judicial powers of the Student Government Association shall be vested in the Student Court, which shall be a court of original and appellate jurisdiction. The Student Court is composed of  One (1) Chief Justice, four (4) Associate Justices and a Student Prosecutor.
